BidCraft Advisory provides strategic consulting services related to government and enterprise bidding, including risk analysis, pricing strategy, and contract advisory. We do not guarantee the winning of any specific tender, as the final decision rests with the issuing authority.
All methodologies, frameworks, pricing models, and proprietary tools provided by BidCraft Advisory remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a license to use these materials solely for their specific internal business purposes.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. We will not disclose your bid strategies to competitors.
BidCraft Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our advice. Our liability is limited to the professional fees paid for the specific engagement.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
