Due to the digital nature of our intellectual property and the immediate allocation of dedicated mentorship time, all enrollments and purchases are final.
Access to our foundation training programs, templates, and digital materials is granted immediately upon successful payment. Because these digital assets cannot be "returned," we strictly do not offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances once the transaction is complete.
Our premium mentorship programs require advanced scheduling and capacity allocation from our senior consultants. Once you have enrolled and secured your spot, your fee is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a scheduled live session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of that session.
For custom enterprise consulting or RFP strategy retainers, cancellation terms are strictly governed by the specific Statement of Work (SOW) or commercial contract signed prior to engagement. Standard website purchases cannot be cancelled once initiated.
